ICHE Mother Daughter Day
January 26, 2013
Approximately 500 mothers and daughters were blessed to attend the ICHE Mother Daughter Day held on January 26, 2013. They were encouraged by Valerie Elliot Shepard to remember that God's grace covers our mistakes. It is His covering of righteousness that makes us pleasing to Him. In addition, Valerie Shepard graciously posed for photographs with mothers and daughters as well as chatted with many of the ladies and children between sessions. Also, the attendees enjoyed a delicious luncheon with live harp music served by many willing volunteers. Additional time was spent playing a game designed for mothers and daughters to build relationships. Memories were made that will last a lifetime. We thank the Lord for the blessings of a day well spent. Please visit the picture gallery to see the smiling faces!

II Corinthians 12:9 And He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. (NASB)
