FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?

If you follow good password management, you won't use the same passwords on mutliple websites.  That means it's easy to misplace or forget your passwords.  (Okay, if you're like most people, you do use the same password across multiple sites...and you still forget them  now and then!)

This video shows you how to get temporary access to your account so you can reset your password.

No one can see your password, so please don't call our support team to ask them what it is; they won't know it and they have no way to look it up or view it.  In fact, any website that let's a staff member  look up your password presents a major security threat for you.  You should avoid such sites.
