Six Days or Millions of Years?

The Bible states that if Christ be not raised from the dead, our faith is in vain. Of course, it doesn’t say that if you refuse to believe in six literal days of creation our faith is in vain. While it’s true that people can believe in millions of years of earth history and reject the six literal days of Creation and still be born-again Christians, the rejection of six days and a belief in millions of years (so prevalent today in the church and with its Christian leaders). This compromise has been a key factor in undermining Biblical authority that has led to a loss of Christian morality in the culture. This discussion will challenge people to see the “big picture issue”: it is not just a battle about the age of the earth or the days of creation, but ultimately a battle over the authority and accuracy of the Word of God.
