Focusing on Your Strengths for Leadership

In this interactive workshop we will debunk the myths that leaders need to be "well-rounded" and that only certain styles of leadership produce positive results. What is most important for leaders to focus on? What should they do about their weaknesses? How do they build the right team? We will look at four distinct aspects of leadership and how each one can be effective. Whether you are currently in a leadership role or not, this workshop will help you become the leader God wants you to be. For best results, it is strongly recommended that you take the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment and bring your report to the workshop. If possible, it is also beneficial to have attended the "Discovering & Living Your Design" workshop.
