Developing Your Talents and Strengths

In this highly interactive workshop we will discuss how to put together a personal, strengths development plan that is based on your natural, God-given talents. The apostle Paul encouraged Timothy to "fan into flame the gift of God". It is important to approach this in an intentional, prayerful, well-planned manner. Participants will actually spend time walking through the process of putting together a plan for their growth. For best results, it is strongly recommended that you attend the "Discovering & Living Your Design" workshop and that you take the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment and bring your report to the workshop.
